Alex Palou’s 2023 Indy500 Special Edition Helmet featuring the famous yard of bricks, black and metallic gold, and asphalt/tarmac. Each brick was painted individually to maintain an “authentic” look, and the asphalt/tarmac is even realistically “gritty” to the touch. To produce this effect while maintaining extreme light-weight standards took an extreme amount of work – but beautiful in the end.
